Thank you for signing up for our 8-Week Challenge. Please be sure to read through all of the information below so you are ready to crush the challenge, starting on January 26th.
What you need to do

If you are doing coaching with us, your program will be delivered through this app, and this is where you will log your food, receive weekly feedback from us, and track your results. You will need premium access to the app for the duration of this challenge.

After you download the app, please follow the steps in the app to setup your account. This step is very important to ensure we get your program correct.
If you get less than 10,000 steps a day, please select Sedentary as your activity level
If you get between 10,000 - 18,000 steps a day, please select Light Activity
If you get more than 18,000 steps a day, please select Very Active as your activity level
Please make sure you set your “Remaining Calories” to BOTH.
Please reach out to us with any questions you may have regarding your app setup.

Please take some time to review the challenge materials provided. These will be critical to your success on the challenge. Feel free to print them out and ask us any questions you may have so you can hit the ground running on day 1.

If you are not already in our Facebook Group, it is a great place to connect with like-minded people. We will be providing additional content in this group every day and we will be posting critical updates in here during the challenge.
This group is a great place to ask questions, interact with your fellow challengers, find new recipes, learn about meal prep and planning techniques, and build comradery with our team.

Orientation for this challenge is REQUIRED FOR FIRST-TIME CHALLENGERS. If you have done a challenge with us in the past, you do not need to attend orientation.
Orientation dates are:
Thursday January 15th @ 6:00 - 7:15pm ONLINE
Saturday January 17th @ 12:00 - 1:30pm IN-PERSON
Please make sure you attend at least ONE orientation session.
The in-person orientation can be scheduled through the Axe Fitness booking app, and if you cannot make orientation and you are a new challenger, please let us know immediately so we can discuss your options.
At orientation, you will learn everything you need to know to dominate the challenge when it begins.

We will be doing your initial InBody scans in the gym the week of January 19th. Please schedule your InBody scan in advance. (This is a requirement to win any prizes on the challenge. It is also a requirement if you are doing coaching with us.)
