our core values
Our core values are more than just words on a page.
Working hard means: pushing yourself at every opportunity; not making excuses; trying your hardest and giving your best effort; not stopping early on exercises; facing challenges head on and enjoying the experience of a challenge because you know that this challenge will make you a better person.
1. Work hard
We all know what it means to be a good person: holding doors for other people; saying please and thank you; smiling at strangers; making conversation with people; being the person that lights up the room and that others are excited to be around; setting a high standard for yourself and others inside and outside the gym.
2. Be A Good Person (Don’t be a loser)
Being a team player means: encouraging people; helping each other inside and outside the gym; cleaning up after yourself; putting the team above yourself.
3. team player
Building community means: being welcoming to everyone; participating in community events; sharing laughs and fist bumps inside and outside the gym; making friends and building lasting relationships.
4. build community
We live and breathe these core values.
Continuous improvement means: holding yourself to a higher standard; looking to get 1% better each day. When you are a part of this community, we expect that you are striving to be the best possible version of yourself: in your health, fitness, nutrition, mindset, career, and relationships.
5. continuous improvement
Continuous learning means: being curious about learning new things; reading books; listening to podcasts; educating yourself and others on ways to get better. Always be learning and always be looking for ways to improve who you are as a person.
5. continuous learning

This Core Value is VERY important to us. Everyone’s time is as equally as valuable as yours. Please respect other people’s time. Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day - please prioritize yours effectively. Showing up on time and being punctual will help you become more organized, and this skill will transition into every other area of your life.
7. show up on time
Why settle for average when you could be exceptional? Going above and beyond in everything you do: your workouts, your career, your relationships. You only get one shot at life and there are no do-overs. So why not make it the best you possibly can? It is your responsibility to create an exceptional life for yourself, Team, so go out and be exceptional!
8. be exceptional
Practice what you preach means: leading by example, in the gym and in the community; doing the things you say you are going to do; being a good role model for your family, your friends and your colleagues.
9. practice what you preach
