Before Your First Class
YOUR FIRST SESSION
Please show up 15 minutes before the start of your first session. Your orientation before the session is important so that you are comfortable with the session and get an opportunity to meet the coach who will be leading you through the workout. If you do not show up 15 minutes early, you will not be able to join the session.
Please sign our waiver online here prior to coming in for your first session.
Please bring in a pair of clean indoor-only shoes, water bottle and a sweat towel. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness, and we want everyone at Coquitlam Fit Body to have an excellent experience!
